Learn how to make Sweet & Delicious Besan Barfi/Mohanthal with our chef Ruchi Bharani. <br /><br />Ingredients:<br />- 1 cup Ghee<br />- 1 1/2 cup Gram Flour<br />- 4 tbsp Semolina<br />- 1 tsp Cardamom Powder <br />- 1 1/2 cup Powdered Sugar <br /><br />Method:<br />1. Heat ghee in a pan, and add gram flour to it<br />2. Keep mixing it while its heating and then add semolina to it <br />3. Roast semolina well, for around 15-20 minutes <br />4. Remove the mix in a bowl and let it cool down for atleast 5-6 minutes<br />5. Now, add cardamom powder, powdered sugar to the bowl and mix it 6. 6. Once mixed, take the mixture out in a greased tray and flatten it from the top<br />7. Garnish it with some almond & pistachios, and cut it into square pieces<br />8. Before taking it out, keep it aside for atleast 2 hours, and then, take it out
